Flexibility is our strength! The core competence of EASYS Electronics is the production of switchgear according to requirements and schematics specified by the customer. Through many years of experience in the control cabinet industry we are used to taking on complex tasks. Our service covers design and schematic generation, the production and logistics management. As an outsourcing location we offer a fully modular production solution, individually tailored to meet custom requirements.
Production
All contract manufacturing takes place in our own facility. Therefore we are even able to build prototypes if problems arise during the assembling process. The switchboards are manufactured according to current standards and specific customer requirements.Standards
- Our switchgear meets the Standards IEC EN 61439-1 and IEC EN 60204-1
- We meet ISO 9001 quality management requirements
- We meet ISO 14001 environmental management requirements
Documentation
On request we create a construction documentation of the entire system during the production of switchgear.Special requirements
- Custom cable color codes
- Creation of torque tables for the entire switchgear assembly
- Use of CE or UL certified parts only
- Labelling of all cables and wires with machine printed shrinkable tubing or markers.
- Solutions for special conditions like semiconductor clean-room equipment or lighting systems in stadiums or environments like on- and offshore windparks, cruise liners
Testing
Finished cabinets are electrically tested and delivered with a test report. When a series production is planned we will develop testing fixtures to speed up the testing process.Transport & Packaging
We take care for the packaging and transport handling of finished switch cabinets and products, meeting the requirements for both - sea and air freight.Project communication
The project will be handled by a designated contact person. Project monitoring can be carried out either in German (Austrian management) or in English language.Material and inventory management
EASYS Electronics is an external buyer. We handle the entire material management, based on customer-defined part lists or BOMs created by us. All our suppliers are evaluated continuously. We are able to change to an alternative supplier from our worldwide network immediately in case delivery times cannot be met. Our warehouse and production are set to many of the commonly used materials and operations in the switch cabinet building industry and therefore providing access to these articles within minimal time.
